I am not receiving my activation/Cashout confirmation email
First please double check all of your email inbox folders, as the email might have went to spam, junk, trash or other folders. These things are not controlled by us completely and the emails might sometimes go there.
If you find the email make sure to mark it as "not spam"/ "not junk" / "it's safe" to avoid future issues.
If you have not found the email there and have waited at least 15 minutes (as emails might take a few minutes to arrive), then please submit a ticket, notifying so, and let us know of your email so we may check for any issues.
We highly suggest using gmail emails, as it has one of the best delivery rates.
